• Stripe and PayPal — only if you choose to pay online, to process the transaction
• Google Analytics — anonymized usage statistics, if enabled by the hotel
• We never sell your data to third parties.

4. How long we keep it

Booking and contact records are kept for the time needed to handle your request and applicable accounting obligations, then archived or deleted.
